IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) Workshops and Consulting

As artists and leaders focused on equity and inclusion, Josh Miller and Hannah Drake have worked with individuals and teams from Nike, Cornett, YUM!, Park Community Credit Union, Merrill Lynch, and more through IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) consulting, technical assistance, and workshops.

We specialize in creating and deploying multi-modal strategies that combine photography, writing, performances, hands-on activities, and dialogue for in-person and virtual engagement.

• Workshops and Consulting: Interactive sessions that build on national movements and creative approaches for overcoming barriers to vulnerability, trust, and connection while supporting corporate and organizational IDEA efforts. We offer 90-minute, 1/2 day and full-day workshops for corporate teams and nonprofits Boards along with multi-month consulting engagements that can include data collection and analysis along with strategy development.

• Keynotes and Presentations: Whether you want to inspire your workforce, use poetry to launch a Summit or training, or engage your Employee Resource Groups, the IDEAS xLab team has experience giving compelling presentations - from the TEDx stage to the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce International Business & Leadership Conference.

• Strategic Storytelling: With over 30 years of combined experience in editorial production, writing, publishing, and collaborative storytelling, IDEAS xLab can partner with you to create a custom blog series as a way to engage your target audience for participation in a Summit, or live stream fireside chat series and behind-the-scenes interviews from conferences and trainings to engage and inspire participation. This includes inclusive language protocols.
